Despite the fact that the Roehr 1250sc started being delivered to to customers back in July, those in The Golden State had to wait while the bike passed CARB emission standards, which are more stringent than the rest of the US. Roehr has now announced that it has met these requirements, and can begin delievery of 1250sc‘s into California.

Talking about the process of getting certified in all 50 states, Roehr President Walter Roehrich stated, “It’s been a long process but we are now finally able to deliver bikes to our California customers. I’m sure they will agree with our 49 state customers, that it was well worth the wait.”

Roehr lays claim to the title of being the fastest and most powerful American made production sports bike, with its 180hp supercharged Harley-Davidson V-Rod engine being the bulk of that claims reasoning.
