One of the highlights from the WorldSBK round at Laguna Seca was the unveiling of Bologna’s latest limited edition motorcycle, the Ducati Panigale V4 25° Anniversario 916.

An homage to the Ducati 919 Superbike that helped dominate the production-based series, the 1,103cc superbike was unveiled by Carl Fogarty himself, the man who took Ducati to four WorldSBK Championship titles.

We have already reported the details of this bike, but the highlights include an Akrapovic exhaust, a dry clutch conversion, Panigale V4 R front frame, forged magnesium wheels from Marchesini, and other bits and bobs from the Ducati Performance catalog.

Of course, the paint job is what really separates the Panigale V4 25° Anniversario 916 from the rest of Ducati’s superbike lineup, and it featured on the bikes raced by Bautista and Davies this past weekend at Laguna Seca.

Only 500 examples of the Ducati Panigale V4 25° Anniversario 916 will be built, and if you didn’t see them at the coastal California track, then these photos below are probably as close as you are going to get.

If you do happen to have $42,500 in your bank account (€41,900 in Europe; $51,000 in Canada; and $840,000 in Mexico), then you better head down to your Ducati dealership and reserve one. Bikes will begin arriving in October 2019.
