Take a Hot Lap on a MotoE Race Bike at COTA, And Help Support Our Favorite Motorcycle Charity

Regular Asphalt & Rubber readers will know that we love to support the Two Wheels for Life charity, which helps bring medical resources and healthcare by motorcycle to remote areas in Africa. This is literally a cause that sees motorcycles making the world a better place.

The official charity of the MotoGP Championship, Two Wheels for Life has created an awesome opportunity for race fans at this year’s American GP, and we are pretty stoked to share it with you.

Basically, the whole package includes the opportunity to ride an Energica Ego Corsa MotoE race bike in front of the crowd at the Grand Prix of the Americas, along with paddock passes, grid access, pit lane access, and hospitality for two people for the race weekend.

And of course, the proceeds go to helping fund the vital work that Two Wheels for Life does in Africa.

Whether or not you are believer in an electric future for motorcycles, this is a pretty awesome opportunity for any MotoGP fan…and there are only two more days left to bid on it for the Austin round (other rounds are available too).

Bidding right now is at £3,000 which is admittedly a lot of coin, but still considerably very cheap for what the whole package from Two Wheels for Life offers. For example, the hospitality package alone is probably worth £3k on its own, and the pit lane and grid access is something that cannot typically be bought by mere mortals.

So, it goes without say that this is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity, and it goes to an amazing cause. We call that a win-win.

Details include the winning bidder getting briefed on how to ride the Energica Ego Corsa race bike for MotoE, along with two or three practice laps the Saturday before the race.

Then, on Sunday before the start of the racing action, you will get to do a demonstration lap in front of the entire racing spectators. Full photography will be provided, and you will also get a chance to meet and talk with Loris Capirossi.

Bid early. Bid often. And, we hope to see you on the grid at COTA.
