KTM RC8 R McWilliams Limited Edition

Here in the United States, it’s hard to find a KTM RC8, it’s difficult to get your hands on a KTM RC8 R, and it will be down right impossible to land a KTM RC8 R McWilliams Limited Edition without making a flight to Deutschland…but well worth the trip.

KTM is producing only 100 of these limited edition bikes to commemorate the timely announcement that Jeremy McWilliams will be joining the factory KTM team in the German IDM racing series (the German equivalent of AMA Superbike, minus “the show“) as its third factory rider.

Limited Edition Nicky Hayden Ducati 848

Ducati has released a limited edition Nicky Hayden 848 superbike this weekend at the US GP at Laguna Seca. Hayden follows in the footsteps of Fogarty, Bostrom, and Bayliss with honory limited edition bikes, and was on hand to sign the tank of the first production bike.

The limited edition bike has 134hp, 71 lb•ft of torque, and tips the scales at 370lbs. You can pick one up at your local Ducati dealership for only $14,495, and like the other 2010 848 superbikes, the bike will have the new LED lighting for the instrumentation, lighter aluminum tensioner pulley, and lighter crankshaft.

Unfortunately for our abroad readers, the Hayden edition will only be available in the United States. No word yet on the Stoner 1198 replica.

2009 Yamaha FZ1 Limited Edition

Taking another cue from the R1, FZ1 will be getting the Limited Edition treatment. The Yamaha FZ1 Fazer ABS Limited Edition is painted with a similar scheme as the R1 LE, but this time done up in red and white. Besides the bodywork, the bike will come with a special windscreen, rim stripes, and rear seat cowl.

No word on price. But it does seem sort of anemic for a “limited edition” Fz1; afterall, the R1 LE got Öhlins suspension, Marchesini rims, and a slipper-clutch. We also can’t help but think Yamaha didn’t have to go far for .

Price and availability when we have it, but we suspect the Abarth would look nicer in your garage.

The Derbi Senda DRD 50 EVO SM, the pit bike of your dreams that you’ll never own…that is at least as long as while you live in the United States. That’s right, this beauty is available only in Europe right now. Sucker!!!

This mini-supermoto comes complete with a radially mounted front brake caliper, wave brake discs, a rear shock with a piggy-back reservoir, and 50cc’s of pure 2-stroke fun. There’s 211lbs of hooligan fun in this bad boy, and this limited version comes in a sinister black paint scheme (don’t worry, a slower yellow version is available to).
