Episode 172 of the Paddock Pass Podcast is out, and this one comes to us from the MotoGP paddock, as we start the first round of the final triple-header of the season.

On the mics, we have a trio of hosts: Steve EnglishDavid Emmett, and Neil Morrison, as they discuss the race weekend’s events, and what they mean for the 2020 MotoGP Championship.

Of course, the talk of the weekend has to be the win by Suzuki rider Joan Mir, who takes his first class win as he is leading the 2020 MotoGP Championship.

Contrasting that result is the absolute disaster from the Yamaha camp, which saw all of its riders throwing away their chances in the 2020 season, with some serious consequences for next year.

Next the show takes a look at the rider market, which has been shaken by Andrea Iannone’s doping conviction and Andrea Dovizioso’s announcement that he will take a sabbatical for 2021

The show ends with some speculation for next year, and with some listener questions.

As usual, it is a show stocked full of insights, which we think you will find most interesting to listen to. Enjoy!
