Episode 263 of the Paddock Pass Podcast is out, and this one sees once again getting into some on-track action, as MotoGP made a stop in Indonesia, testing at the Mandalika street circuit.

To discuss the tropical topics, we have the usual crew of Steve EnglishDavid Emmett, Neil Morrison, and Adam Wheeler on the mics, as they trade insights on our first glimpse of the MotoGP bikes on the island track.

The show starts first though with a look at the upcoming Amazon Prime series that followed the 2021 MotoGP Championship, and what a docuseries like that could mean for two-wheeled grand prix racing.

From there, the guys talk about the testing sessions at Mandalika, specifically about the track conditions on the first day, and how things shaped up once the circuit had a clean line for riders to use.

Next, the conversation turns to the state and progress of the 2022 teams, riders, and machines, with some speculation on how the lineups could change for next year.

As usual, the show ends with each host picking their winners and losers from the Mandalika test. It is a great show that is packed full of insights and first-hand experience from the track. You don’t want to miss it!
