One of the most anticipated motorcycles set to debut at this year’s EICMA show is the Aprilia RS 660.

A sport bike twins offering from the Noale brand, the 2020 Aprilia RS 660 is set to flip the middleweight twin-cylinder segment on its head, with rumors of a 100hp and sub-400 lbs weight measurements.

Now, we have our first glimpse of this potent bike, in its production form, thanks to the fact that Aprilia has begun teasing the launch of the RS 660 on social media.

The orange hype machine continues for the upcoming KTM 1290 Super Duke R, as the Austrians have finally given us a decent look at the next iteration of their streetf-ighting superbike.

From the video teaser, it looks like KTM will go the “prototype” route once again with the Super Duke R, teasing “The Beast” in not-for-production form factor, and this is troubling for several reasons.

We are one week away from seeing the production form of the upcoming Ducati Streetfighter V4, and this means that the Italian brand is starting its hype machine for this hotly anticipated motorcycle.

Borgo Panigale won’t have to work too hard to get us excited about the Streetfighter V4, however, as the bike’s specs do much of their own talking.

Try this on for size: 208hp @ 12,750 rpm from its 1,103cc Desmosedici Stradale engine; 392 lbs of dry mass, biplane winglets attached to the fairings, and an electronics package straight off the high-tech Panigale V4.

For the past month, Kawasaki has been teasing a new addition to its supercharged motorcycle lineup. We didn’t know too much about the machine as the time, other than it would fall into the company’s “Z” lineup of naked sport bikes.

Most educated guesses then pegged the bike as a 1,000cc supercharged streetfighter, and we have been eagerly waiting for the bike’s October 23rd arrival to see if our assumptions were correct.

Now today, we get our first glimpse of the machine, as well as its name, as Team Green continues its teaser campaign of the 2020 Kawasaki ZH2.

We know it is coming, a new KTM 1290 Super Duke R for the 2020 model year, but just in case there was any doubt, the Austrians have begun teasing their new “Beast” ahead of its EICMA show debut.

The news comes from a short teaser video, which shows a number of KTM technicians building a motorcycle. With the title and hashtag “#GETDUKED” being shown, the possibilities for the model are quite small.

And, if we scrub through the frames, we can see numerous hints that the bike in question is a high-spec motorcycle, with a single-sided swingarm. The steel trellis frame looks exactly like the one spotted in spy photos of the new Super Duker R.

It appears that Triumph has a new sport bike for us to drool over, and no I’m not talking about the recently debuted Triumph Daytona Moto2 765 supersport.

But, today’s news does concern a 765cc three-cylinder motorcycle: the Triumph Street Triple RS.

We know this is the case because the British brand is hocking the new bike in a not-so-subtle way on social media right now (check the teaser video above).

We also know a few details about this upcoming machine, and that includes the new aesthetic to the iconic dual front headlights, which incorporates a DRL design.

Around this time next week, the new Honda Africa Twin will drop. If you have been keeping up on the news, this news shouldn’t be too much of a surprise.

We have known for a while now that the Honda Africa Twin would be getting an update for Euro5 for the 2020 model year, which meant a displacement increase to around the 1,100cc mark.

Since that early news, we have seen some photos and details leak, and now Honda Motor Europe is making it obvious that we will see the new Honda Africa Twin (CRF1100L) officially debut on September 23rd.

It would be nice if the Zero SR/F would just debut already, as this drawn out teaser campaign is getting a bit tired, and the electric motorcycle company runs the risk of putting-off would-be buyers before the bike even debuts.

That said, Zero Motorcycles has another teaser for us.

This time around, we get some tech specs…sorta. The teaser video shows the Zero SR/F in a 14.4 kWh battery pack configuration, and it shows a motor labelled “Z-Force 75-10” on its side.

At the beginning of this month, Zero Motorcycles put the industry on notice, announcing its new Zero SR/F electric street bike.

Details were light at the time, with the California motorcycle brand saying only that the new model was based on a new platform from Zero.

It didn’t take long for our Bothan spies to leak us details on the Zero SR/F though, and what we were told was very impressive. Nearly 20 kWh of battery pack, a 120hp motor, and high-tech goodies like cornering ABS, a TFT dash, and quality components.

From some more biased sources, we have heard that the Zero SR/F makes some strong strides in the design department as well, and today we get some confirmation of that news, as Zero Motorcycles has released a new teaser image.

Zero Motorcycles has begun teasing its newest electric motorcycle model, the Zero SR/F. The company’s teaser on YouTube doesn’t reveal too much, though it does offer the date 2/25/19 for another announcement.

In the teaser’s video description, we get a little bit more from Zero, with it saying the following: “more than a new model, SR/F is an entirely new platform. The SR/F provides an effortlessly powerful experience in the naked street bike category.”
