The BMW Motorrad Definition CE 04 electric scooter will become a real motorcycle tomorrow, as the German brand is teasing a very obvious photo of the bike and its launch date.

The photo above was taken from BMW Motorrad’s Instagram account, with a little exposure added in Photoshop to show the lines of the machine in question, which show the very obvious silhouette of the CE 04.

Earlier this year, we broke the news that Yamaha was going to release a full-fairing version of its popular MT-07 street bike, to take on bikes like the Aprilia RS 660 and cater to the rising lightweight racing class.

The news was vetted by our Bothan spies, but it also passed the sniff test as we have seen the trend growing in the amateur and professional racing circles when it comes to Yamaha’s parallel-twin platform.

Things got a bit interesting though when we saw that Yamaha had used the “R7” name for a twin-cylinder sport bike in filings with the California Air Resources Board.

Suzuki has begun teasing a new GSX-S1000 street bike, and they are not being subtle about it.

The teaser video (which is on the USA site as well, which bodes well for a North American release), gives us a few glimpses of the naked bike’s lines, with a very clear naming of what were are looking at.

The point, of course, is to say that a new/updated Suzuki GSX-S1000 is slated to come on April 26th, likely as a 2022 model.

After tons of speculation about the prospect of an updated Hayabusa, Suzuki seems finally ready to shake the streets again with a new version of this iconic sport bike.

There have been so many rumors about the next-generation of the Suzuki Hayabusa, that we dedicated our own series of stories to the onslaught of speculations, inside infos, and rumors. But now, the real-deal seems just a few days away.

We say this because of two teaser videos that Suzuki has posted to its YouTube channel, which boast of a new motorcycle debuting on February 5th.

When we didn’t hear anything from KTM during the typical new model year blitz at the end of the last year, we worried that the Austrian brand had decided to pack it in, after the tumultuous ride of 2020.

Don’t worry though, KTM hasn’t forgotten about its 2021 obligations, and zie Austrians have more than a few plucky machines to debut for the current model year.

Two of the biggies are a new KTM 1290 Super Duke GT and an updated KTM 1290 Super Adventure lineup, as both bikes are being teased on its social media channels right now with a January 26th release date.

Ducati has begun officially teasing a new V4 engine platform on its website and social media channels – a move that is almost certainly the beginning of an unveiling for the Ducati Multistrada V4 adventure-touring motorcycle (the two off-road / on-road panels are a bit of a giveaway, shown above).

That a V4 version of the Multistrada was coming has been known for quite some time, with even Ducati CEO Claudio Domenicali acknowledging that we would see the new model by the end of this year.

So that news, coupled to a bevy of spy photos that have caught the machine testing in its pre-production form, give us a good idea what to expect about this new model.

Still, there are some details we do not know about the Multistrada V4, and Ducati seems intent on teasing out those details in the coming weeks, via various “theorems” it is postulating.

UPDATE: The BMW M1000RR has now debuted…and it looks awesome.

In the time of COVID-19, all bets are off when it comes to when new motorcycles will be released.

International travel has effectively ended; the big trade shows have canceled their events for this year; and manufacturers are already shifting to less rigid unveiling schemes.

As such, a new bike for 2021 could pop up at any time during the next few months, and it looks like we will see one tomorrow.
