When we first saw the Honda CB4X concept at EICMA last year, we fell in love at first sight. Honda Motor Europe has a history of making intriguing concept designs, and the CB650 platform lends itself to some beautiful options.

With the reception that the CB4X received, it seemed likely that Honda would bring the bike to market, and fuel was added to that fire when Big Red filed for intellectual property protections for the concept’s design.

Now, we get some hope from Japan (thanks to the folks at AutoBy) for the future of the Honda CB4X, though the bike has taken a turn in its evolution.

Marc Márquez has undergone a third operation on the fractured right humerus he injured at the opening round at Jerez, and then broke again some ten days later.

After many hours of speculation, the Repsol Honda team issued a press release confirming earlier reports that the Spaniard had undergone an operation at the Clinica Ruber in Madrid, to fit a new plate and take a bone graft from his hip to promote bone growth.

The third operation was deemed necessary after the fracture has failed to heal as quickly as hoped.

Our friends across the pond got a surprise today, as the Honda CRF300L Rally broke cover for the European market.

Rumors of the bike coming for the 2021 model year have been pretty rife the past few months, so perhaps “surprise” is the wrong word to use here, and of course the Euro5 regulations have pushed for a number of “new” bikes to debut in Europe.

Still, the bump from the 250cc machine to the 2021 Honda CRF300L Rally is a welcomed sight for this small-displacement machine.

Close your eyes, and imagine you have a Honda Africa Twin. Now, strip away everything about the bike that makes it one of the most potent adventure-touring models on the market, and start adding back the design elements found in the metric cruiser thing. Open your eyes.

What you just built in your head is the 2021 Honda Rebel 1100, and as you might be able to decipher from its name, the Rebel-styled full-sized cruiser features a parallel-twin engine that shares more than a few chromosomes with the 1,084cc motor found in the CRF1000L.

That might seem like a weird way to build a cruiser, but there is at least a little genius in Honda’s madness.

We have a bit of a fun one today, as we are about to take the Honda Trail 125 for a spin around the roads and trails of Julian, California.

Like the original it mimics in design, the Honda Trail 125 has been based off the Honda Super Cub platform. This means a 125cc single-cylinder engine with a four-speed gearbox and an automatic clutch (technically, it’s two clutches, but we’ll get into that later.

If you were to make a list of the most practical motorcycles available on the market, the Honda NC750X would have to rank on it.

The adventure-styled street bike is designed to be an all-rounder, and it packs a number of purposeful features into its design.

And we can say, the 2021 Honda NC750X variant is no different, as Big Red has doubled-down on this approach on its 745cc parallel-twin machine.
